our story

Matribhumi Rural Development Association (MRDA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in rural communities, especially in Nepal. MRDA's focus areas include poverty alleviation, healthcare access, education, sustainable agriculture, and environmental conservation. It works closely with local communities to identify their needs and design initiatives that support social and economic development.

Through these initiatives, MRDA seeks to build sustainable, self-reliant communities and address the root causes of poverty in Nepal's rural areas.

MRDA promotes access to healthcare, clean water, and sanitation facilities in rural areas, aiming to reduce preventable diseases and improve overall health standards. The association works to provide quality education by supporting school infrastructure, scholarships for disadvantaged students, and teacher training programs. MRDA supports sustainable agriculture practices, vocational training, and micro-financing to empower rural families to improve their livelihoods and increase their income. The organization emphasizes preserving natural resources and biodiversity, promoting eco-friendly practices among rural communities, and educating people on the importance of environmental protection. MRDA also places a strong emphasis on gender equality by supporting women through training programs, leadership opportunities, and resources to foster economic independence.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
